Question HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment centre, your tracking information will also be included in this email. Alternatively, you can use our tracking form.

Question HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Answer

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia, Singapore, and UK Holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.

Malaysia, Singapore, and APAC is 2-5 days delivered.
Other International is 2-3 weeks delivered.

Question HOW DO HUMANITY GARMENTS FIT?

Topwear including jersey, outerwear and knitwear follows a slightly oversized fit throughout the collection unless stated otherwise. We recommend staying true to your usual size for the signature Humanity look.
